November Holiday Hours

Enhanced Flu Shot Program
As we announced in July, we’ve expanded our flu shot coverage. Our revamped benefit lets our members receive no-cost flu shots through clinics at select retail pharmacy chains.
We hope you’ll encourage your clients to take advantage of our flu shot pharmacy network for this benefit. At these retail clinics, members simply show their PacificSource member ID card to receive a shot at no cost. PacificSource will be billed directly, with no paperwork, deductibles, or copayments. Participating flu shot clinic locations include Albertsons, Bi-Mart, Fred Meyer, Kroger, and Safeway pharmacies.

In October, we will distribute the following Medicare Part D employer
notices and sample member notices to our medical group clients, based on which plan design each group has. You may use our
Medicare D
Creditability Matrix to determine which PacificSource pharmacy plans are
creditable.

As a value-added service to our members that are age 65 and older, we will also mail the appropriate generic version of the member notices directly to their homes to assist them in evaluating their options. This is in addition to, and not in replacement of, the notice that all employers are required to provide to their covered members.
